The Project is one of five town center blocks designed as part of the ‘new’ City of Miramar downtown. It consists of four buildings, three wrap around a parking garages and a fourth building which connects to parking by an open air bridge. Two of the buildings have condominiums on the upper floors, one is an office building and the fourth has a fitness center.  All buildings have retail on the ground floor. The buildings vary from two to five stories in height.
