The creation of an office space for Mint Physician Staffing in Miami.  Mint Physician Staffing is a locum tenens staffing agency for physicians in emergency medicine, outpatient medicine, hospitalist medicine and telemedicine. The design intent was to create a NY style loft space office for their young, stylish staff with exposed structure, metal ductwork and linear suspended lighting.  The entry has polished concrete floors with a ping pong table.
