MIA CONSOLIDATED ADMINISTRATION FACILITY

The project is a proposed new Administrative Facility for the Miami International Airport. The building consist of six (6) stories of dedicated office space, which will house administrative personnel. Two (2) stories for North Terminal Operations, including expansion of existing concessions and food / beverage facilities. A new transfer terminal area for cruise ship bus passengers to accommodate future growth of the cruise ship industry and aviation passengers by 2040.
