BRICKELL KEY PENTHOUSE

Carty Architecture was retained for the interior remodeling of the Brickell Key 18th floor Penthouse Apartment.  It is the vacation apartment for a couple residing in South America and intended for family entertaining. Walls and ceilings were reconfigured to maximize the spectacular view of the ocean from the entry, the kitchen and the living room.  A glass wine cellar was added in the kitchen to store multiple cases of wine.  A built-in counter serves as both dining table, kitchen counter and bar.  Cove lighting was added throughout the public spaces, which is adjustable according to the mood.  Lighting and a drink shelf were added to the terrace; a perfect place for sunset cocktails.
