The Project is for an exterior and interior renovation to a 7 story office building, built in 1978.  The scope included replacing the exterior glazing and cladding, a replacement roof, exterior canopy, exterior terrace, new elevators, renovated and enlarged restrooms, new lobby and conference rooms.
