The project is a new collegiate tennis center for Barry University and their top ranked tennis program. 12 tennis courts, 328 spectator seats, with related player / official seating. The main building is two stories and houses various offices, concessions, storage, training areas, student spaces, and display areas; as well as restroom and locker rooms, for both home and away teams. The support building is a one story structure that contains restrooms, offices, and storage spaces.
