RANSOM EVERGLADES SCHOOL - LA BRISA ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

The project consisted of a Programming and Needs Assessment for the conversion of the mansion into a Consolidated Administration Facility for the school. Carty Architecture then completed Construction Documents for the project. Program includes offices, including Head of Schools, conference rooms, Board meeting room, new restrooms, catering kitchen, new elevator and exterior modifications for new connection to campus.
Carty Architecture is the lead firm for the project and provided all of the professional architectural services. The project included a Programming and Needs Assessment analysis, historical analysis of the original house and subsequent additions, systems upgrade assessment.
