CITY OF MIAMI ARMANDO BADIA SENIOR CENTER

The Armando Badia Center is owned and operated by the City of Miami. The center is currently used as
a neighborhood senior activity center, and this use is intended to be maintained. Ownership requested to renovate the existing buildings and expand their capacity by approximately 5,000 square feet. 

The scope of work for the project includes increasing the available area for similar functions, demolition and relocation of the kitchen and serving areas. Part of the scope involves enhancing and creating outdoor spaces, which includes a new fenced courtyard.
